She recently appeared as the Young Jackie Kallen (Meg Ryan) in Against the Ropes and just finished filming the horror/thriller Boogeyman in New Zealand.

Skye resides in Houston with her parents, older brother Stephen Dylan Bartusiak, and her "high maintenance" Maltese dog Pippa. She attends private school and is tutored when on location. Her favorite activities include playing with her friends. She also enjoys singing, gymnastics, horseback riding, and is learning to play the guitar and dulcimer.
